ACS Courier

ACS Courier offers delivery to your nearest ACS office or to your home. Your nearest office is assigned by ACS based on your address or you may enter a different pickup point during checkout.

To all ACS pick-up points in Cyprus: 3.70 euros.

Home Delivery: 7.4 euros

BOX NOW locker

The BOX NOW locker option offers fast 24/7 delivery, to your nearest locker based on your address or from a different locker of your choice upon request at checkout details.

Cyprus shipping cost: 2 euros

Greece shipping cost: 7 euros

Please note: Orders must be collected within the BOX NOW locker time window (usually 48 hours from the time your parcel arrives at your locker). Any parcel not collected within the allotted locker timeframe will be returned to the BOX NOW distribution center. After return, customers are required to contact BOX NOW directly to schedule redelivery. Additional fees may apply according to BOX NOW’s policy.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders over €45 within Cyprus and over €90 for Greece. The preferred delivery method is BOX NOW to the nearest locker based on your address, or collection from your nearest ACS office. Please note that free shipping does not include home delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days for Cyprus. Greece delivery times may vary depending on carrier schedules.

If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Notifications & Communication

Couriers may contact you via SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, or phone call when your parcel arrives. Communication method can vary by courier branch or carrier.

• Once an order is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery shifts to the courier service.

• If your parcel is returned due to non-collection or incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
