We're all about making our products last, from the moment they're made to what you do with the containers once your soy candle's burned out. We've got some neat ideas for giving those containers a second life.

REUSE & RECYCLE

What can you do with empty containers?

There are tons of cool and creative ways to reuse them. Use them for storage, organizing stuff at home or work, or turning them into planter pots. The possibilities are endless! Just don't forget to give your candle jars a good clean before you get started.

HERE'S A FEW METHODS FOR CLEANING OUT YOUR JAR

HOT METHOD: Peel off any labels, then pop your candle jar in the oven on its lowest setting until any leftover wax melts away. Once it's all melted, carefully take the jar out, pour the wax in the trash, and use a spoon or fork to fish out the wick holder. Give the inside a wipe down with a cloth, then wash, rinse, and dry it by hand.

COLD METHOD: Place your candle in the freezer until the wax hardens. Once it's rock solid, chip away the wax with a spoon and toss it out, making sure to remove the wick holder too. Wipe the inside clean with a cloth, then wash, rinse, and dry it by hand.

TIPS

If you're turning your glass candle jar into a planter, toss in some pebbles for drainage before adding soil.

Be sure to water your plant once a week to prevent excessive moisture buildup. Therefore, opt for plants that require minimal watering, such as cactus!

Easy peasy!
