2. Damaged Products
We take great care in producing and packaging each order.
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or suitable solution as soon as possible.
3. Refunds & Replacements for Used Candles
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for candles that have been used.
4. Exchange Policy
If a candle isn’t the right match for you, you may return it for an exchange of equal value within 30 days of purchase.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange.
