2. Damaged Products:

- We take care of your orders during the production all the way to its delivery! In the unfortunate event of receiving damaged products during delivery, kindly inform us within 2 days of receipt. We'll promptly address the issue.

3. Refund/Replacement for Used Candles:

- Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for candles that have been used.

4. Exchange Policy:

- If you decide that a candle is not suited for you, you may return it for an exchange with another of equal value within 30 days of the original purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
