Candle Loyalty Card Program – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for being a loyal customer! Here's everything you need to know about how our loyalty card works.

How It Works

• Receive 1 stamp for every 220g candle or larger you purchase.

• Once you collect 6 stamps, you can redeem 1 free 220g candle of your choice from our collections.

• You may request a new card after completing one.

How to Get a Card

• Cards are included in event purchases and online orders when requested at checkout (type “loyalty card” in the order notes).

• If you already have a card and order online, write your order number on the back of the card for each qualifying candle.

Online Orders

• For each 220g or larger candle purchased online, write the order number in the stamp box (1 per candle).

• Submit your completed card by photo or in person to claim your reward.

Terms & Limitations

• Valid only for purchases made directly through our events or official website.

• Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes.

• Free candle redemption is valid only for our 220g candle range.

• Lost, damaged, or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

• No cash alternative. Non-transferable.

• We reserve the right to update or end the loyalty program at any time.
